Narac Arms Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 and is located at 119, Village No. 13, Khao Khlung Subdistrict, Ban Pong District, Ratchaburi Province. Since our founding, we have been dedicated to strengthening Thailand’s capability to design and manufacture high-quality defence equipment domestically.

Under the royal directive to promote self-reliance and reduce dependence on imports, Mr. Sanga Kiengkham, then Managing Director of Total Tech Service Co., Ltd., was entrusted with leading the R&D project for the 105 mm M14 B4 artillery cartridge case. The initiative was endorsed by Gen. Watna Naracarm, then Commanding General of the Weapon Production Centre, Defence Industry and Energy Centre, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence. This collaboration resulted in the successful development of a domestically produced 105 mm M14 B4 artillery cartridge case — a milestone that reflects our technical expertise and our ongoing commitment to national security and self-reliance.

Building on this strong foundation, we are proud to enter a new chapter with the launch of CESAR — Corridor of Eastern Security, Arms & Research, marking the evolution of our brand.
CESAR represents our vision to drive continuous innovation, foster advanced research, and expand our presence on the global stage while upholding our dedication to quality, reliability, and Thailand’s 
defence capability.
