On Monday, August 4, 2025, the Defence Technology Institute (DTI) signed an agreement with Narac Arms Industry Co., Ltd. to establish a limited company for the manufacturing and sale of 30mm ammunition and percussion/impact-delay fuzes.
The signing ceremony was presided over by General Porpol Maneerin, Chairman of the Defence Technology Institute, and Mr. Sanga Kiengkham, Founder & Chairman of Narac Arms Industry Co., Ltd.
The agreement was signed by General Dr. Charat Oumsamrit, Director-General of the Defence Technology Institute, and Mr. Sanga Kiengkam, Founder & Chairman of Narac Arms Industry Co., Ltd., with executives and representatives from both organizations in attendance.
This collaboration aims to support national security missions, promote technological development and commercialization, reduce reliance on imports, create economic opportunities, and drive Thailand toward becoming a sustainable developer and producer of defense technology and equipment.
